All orders are handmade and cannot be returned.

All orders that show as confirmed for delivery will not be replaced.

It is your responsibility to verify your shipping address. Items will be not replaced or refunded do to customer shipping errors.

All custom orders must be prepaid. No work will begin until orders are paid in full.

After you choose a date & time, you will create an account with your details and complete the booking.

Your email address and password will then allow you to review, change and add appointments.
